개인정보 처리방침
비전크레프트(VisionCraft, 이하 「회사」)는 유튜브 함께 보기 서비스 보라 Go!(https://borago.visioncraftpd.com, 이하 「서비스」)를 운영하면서 꼭 필요한 정보만 다루고, 아래와 같이 처리해요. 시행일: 2026년 10월 12일.
1. 기본 원칙
- 회원 가입이 없고, 이메일 · 전화번호 · 실명을 받지 않아요.
- 대부분의 정보는 방이 열려 있는 동안만 서버에 있고, 방이 끝나면 지워져요.
- 일반 채팅은 실시간으로 전달만 하고 저장하지 않아요. 다만 신고된 메시지는 악용을 막고 법적 협조를 하기 위한 최소한의 조치로 예외로 보관해요(5항).
2. 이용자 브라우저에만 저장되는 정보
아래 정보는 이용자의 브라우저(로컬 저장소)에 저장돼요. 따로 적은 경우를 빼고는 회사 서버로 보내지 않아요.

3. 방이 열려 있는 동안 서버에서 처리하는 정보
아래 정보는 방을 운영하는 데 쓰이며, 방이 끝나면 지워져요.

4. 채팅
일반 채팅은 실시간으로 방 참여자에게 전달만 하고 저장하지 않아요. 신고 맥락을 확인하기 위해 최근 약 200줄을 메모리에만 잠시 두며, 이 내용도 방이 끝나면 사라져요.
5. 신고된 내용 (채팅 비저장 원칙의 예외)
「채팅을 저장하지 않는다」는 원칙은 신고된 메시지에는 적용되지 않아요. 악용을 막고 윤리 · 법적 협조를 하기 위한 최소한의 조치예요. 참여자가 링크 메시지의 「신고」 단추를 누르거나, 방장이 「삭제 후 신고」를 고르면 아래 정보를 보관해요.

7. 자동 보호 기능
욕설 가리기, 처음 들어온 사람의 기능 제한, 링크 규칙 같은 자동 보호 기능이 있어요. 이 기능들을 위해 위에 적은 것 말고 따로 개인정보를 저장하지 않아요.
8. 쿠키 · 분석 도구 · 유튜브
회사는 방문 분석 도구나 광고 쿠키를 쓰지 않아요. 영상은 유튜브 공식 플레이어(youtube.com IFrame Player API)로 재생돼요. 영상을 재생하면 유튜브 · 구글 서버에 연결되고, 구글이 자체 개인정보처리방침에 따라 쿠키를 설정하거나 정보를 처리할 수 있어요. 유튜브 광고가 나올 수도 있어요.
9. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않아요. 다만 법령에 따라 수사기관이 영장 등 정당한 절차로 요청하는 경우에는 그 범위 안에서 제공할 수 있어요.

보관 기간은 위 각 항목에 적은 기간을 따라요.
11. 파기
보관 기간이 끝난 정보는 지체 없이 서버에서 지워요. 방에 딸린 정보는 방이 끝날 때, 기간이 정해진 기록은 기간이 지나면 자동으로 지워져요. 브라우저에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 브라우저의 사이트 데이터를 지우면 사라져요.
12. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 정보에 대한 열람 · 삭제 · 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있어요. 아래 메일로 요청해 주시면 지체 없이 처리할게요. 계정이 없는 서비스라서, 정보를 찾을 수 있도록 닉네임, 방 이름, 대략의 이용 시간을 함께 적어 주세요. 법령상 보관이 필요한 기록(예: 잠금된 신고 기록)은 요청을 들어드리지 못할 수 있어요.
13. 만 14세 미만 이용자
서비스는 이용자를 알아볼 수 있는 정보를 모으도록 만들어지지 않았어요. 만 14세 미만 어린이는 보호자와 함께 이용해 주세요.
14. 안전성 확보 조치
- 모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화돼요.
- 비밀번호 · 방장 키는 해시값으로만 저장하고, 신고 · 제한 기록의 IP 주소는 솔트 해시값을 함께 써요.
- 신고 · 운영 기록은 관리자만 볼 수 있도록 접근을 제한해요.
- 대부분의 정보는 방이 끝나면 지워지도록 보관 기간을 최소로 둬요.

Privacy Policy
VisionCraft (비전크레프트, “we”) runs BoraGo (보라 Go!, https://borago.visioncraftpd.com, the “Service”), a free service for watching YouTube together. We handle only what the Service needs, as described below. Effective: October 12, 2026.
1. Basic principles
- There is no sign-up. We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers or real names.
- Most data exists on our servers only while a room is open and is deleted when the room ends.
- Regular chat is relayed in real time and not stored. The exception is reported messages, which we keep as a minimal measure against abuse and for legal cooperation (section 5).
2. Data stored only in your browser
The following is stored in your browser’s local storage. Except where noted, it is not sent to our servers.

3. Data processed on the server while a room is open
This data is used to run the room and is deleted when the room ends.

4. Chat
Regular chat is relayed in real time to the people in the room and is not stored. The last ~200 lines are held briefly in memory only, for report context, and disappear when the room ends.
5. Reported content (exception to the no-chat-storage rule)
Our “we don’t store chat” principle does not apply to reported messages. This is a minimal measure against abuse and for ethical and legal cooperation. When a guest presses “Report” on a link message, or a host chooses “Delete & report”, we keep the following.

7. Automatic protection
The Service uses automatic protection such as profanity masking, limits for newcomers and link rules. No personal data is stored for these beyond what is listed above.
8. Cookies, analytics and YouTube
We do not use analytics tools or advertising cookies. Videos play through the official YouTube player (youtube.com IFrame Player API). Playing a video connects you to YouTube/Google, which may set cookies and process data under the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube ads may play.
9. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide your data to third parties, except to investigative agencies to the extent required by a lawful request under applicable law, such as a warrant.

Retention follows the periods stated for each item above.
11. Deletion
Data whose retention period has ended is deleted from our servers without delay. Room data is deleted when the room ends, and time-limited records are deleted automatically when their period expires. Data in your browser is removed when you clear the site data in your browser.
12. Your rights
You may request access to, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your data at any time by emailing the address below; we will respond promptly. Because there are no accounts, please include your nickname, the room name and the approximate time so we can find your data. We may be unable to fulfil requests for records we must keep under law (e.g. locked report records).
13. Children under 14
The Service is not designed to collect information that identifies users. Children under 14 should use it together with a parent or guardian.
14. Safeguards
- All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
- Passwords and host keys are stored only as hashes; IP addresses in report and restriction records are accompanied by salted hashes.
- Access to report and moderation records is restricted to administrators.
- Retention is kept to a minimum — most data is deleted when the room ends.
