이용약관

이 약관은 비전크레프트(VisionCraft, 이하 「회사」)가 운영하는 보라 Go!(https://borago.visioncraftpd.com, 이하 「서비스」)를 이용할 때의 약속이에요. 서비스를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봐요. 시행일: 2026년 10월 12일.

1. 서비스 소개

서비스는 유튜브 링크로 「방」을 열고, 여러 사람이 같은 유튜브 영상을 같은 장면으로 보면서 채팅하는 무료 웹 서비스예요. VC Review의 자매 서비스예요.

2. 무료 · 베타 서비스

• 서비스는 무료이며 베타 단계예요. 기능은 예고 없이 바뀌거나 멈출 수 있어요.
• 회사는 서비스가 끊김 없이 항상 이용 가능하다고 보장하지 않아요.
• 영상 재생은 유튜브에 달려 있어요. 유튜브의 정책, 영상 설정(삽입 금지 · 지역 제한 · 비공개 등)이나 장애에 따라 재생되지 않을 수 있어요.

3. 이용 자격

가입 없이 누구나 이용할 수 있어요. 만 14세 미만 어린이는 보호자와 함께 이용해 주세요. 이용이 제한된 사람은 제한 기간 동안 서비스를 이용할 수 없어요.

4. 하지 말아야 할 일

• 욕설, 혐오 표현, 괴롭힘
• 광고 · 스팸 · 사기성 유도(텔레그램 · 오픈채팅으로 옮기자는 권유, 투자 · 대출 권유 등)
• 설치 파일 · 실행 파일 퍼뜨리기
• 다른 사람의 개인정보 공유
• 다른 사람이나 운영자 사칭
• 불법 콘텐츠 공유(불법 촬영물 포함)
• 권리 없는 영상 상영(저작권 침해)
• 새 아이디를 만드는 등 제한을 피하려는 행동

5. 방장의 권한

방을 만든 사람(방장)은 방 질서를 위해 아래 권한을 가져요.

• 메시지 삭제 — 「그냥 삭제」 · 「삭제 후 신고」 · 「삭제 후 퇴장 조치」 · 「삭제 후 채팅 금지 24시간」 중 하나를 골라요.
• 참여자 내보내기
• 참여자를 믿는 손님으로 지정하기(믿는 손님은 방장의 다음 방에서도 믿는 손님으로 대해요)

6. 처음 들어온 사람의 단계

스팸과 악용을 막기 위해 처음 들어온 사람은 기능이 단계적으로 열려요.

• 입장 뒤 20초가 지나면 채팅할 수 있어요.
• 링크 보내기와 영상 제안은 입장 뒤 10분이 지나고 메시지를 5개 보낸 뒤, 또는 방장이 믿는 손님으로 지정하면 열려요.
• 초대받아 들어온 방에서는 처음부터 믿는 손님으로 대해요.

7. 신고

• 메시지 신고: 참여자는 링크 메시지의 「신고」 단추로, 방장은 「삭제 후 신고」로 신고할 수 있어요.
• 영상 신고: 「저작권 침해 영상 의심」 · 「유료 · 결제 영상 의심」 · 「부적절한 영상」 중 사유를 골라 신고할 수 있어요.
• 믿을 만한 이용자 3명이 신고하거나, 유료 · 제한 영상이 자동으로 감지되면 그 영상은 자동으로 보류돼요.
• 관리자는 가능한 때에 신고를 검토해요. 회사는 모든 방을 실시간으로 감시하지 않으며, 이를 약속하지도 않아요.

8. 제재

• 규칙을 어기면 30일 동안 이용이 제한될 수 있어요.
• 심각하거나 불법적인 경우에는 영구적으로 제한될 수 있어요.
• 불법 행위와 관련된 신고 기록은 「잠금」해 보관하고, 법에 따른 요청이 있으면 수사기관에 협조해요.
• IP 주소를 기준으로 한 제한은 같은 네트워크(학교 · 회사 · PC방 등)를 쓰는 다른 분께 「제한 모드」로 적용될 수 있어요.

9. 영상과 저작권

• 영상은 유튜브 공식 플레이어로 재생되며, 회사는 영상을 복사하거나 저장하지 않아요.
• 이용자는 자신이 정당하게 보고 공유할 수 있는 영상만 상영해야 해요.
• 유료 · 멤버십 전용 콘텐츠는 공유할 수 없어요.
• 권리자는 hello@visioncraftpd.com으로 영상 차단을 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 신속하게 차단해요.

10. 이용자 게시물의 책임

채팅, 방 제목, 마커, 영상 제안 등 이용자가 올린 내용의 책임은 올린 이용자에게 있어요.

11. 책임의 제한

서비스는 무료 베타 서비스로 「있는 그대로」 제공돼요. 회사는 법이 허용하는 범위 안에서 서비스 이용, 중단, 유튜브 영상, 이용자 사이의 다툼으로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않아요. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 생긴 손해는 예외예요.

12. 약관의 변경

약관이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 시행일과 함께 알려 드려요. 바뀐 약관이 시행된 뒤에도 서비스를 이용하면 바뀐 약관에 동의한 것으로 봐요.

13. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따라요.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BoraGo (보라 Go!, https://borago.visioncraftpd.com, the “Service”), operated by VisionCraft (비전크레프트, “we”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. Effective: October 12, 2026.

1. About the Service

The Service is a free web service where you open a “room” with a YouTube link and watch the same YouTube video in sync with others while chatting. It is a sister service of VC Review.

2. Free beta service

• The Service is free and in beta. Features may change or stop without notice.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available or uninterrupted.
• Playback depends on YouTube. Videos may not play because of YouTube’s policies, video settings (embedding disabled, region limits, private videos, etc.) or outages.

3. Eligibility

Anyone can use the Service without signing up. Children under 14 should use it together with a parent or guardian. Restricted users may not use the Service during their restriction.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Profanity, hate speech or harassment
• Ads, spam or scam solicitation (e.g. urging people to move to Telegram or open chats, investment or loan offers)
• Distributing installers or executable files
• Sharing other people’s personal information
• Impersonating others or the operator
• Sharing illegal content (including illegally filmed material)
• Screening videos you have no right to share (copyright infringement)
• Circumventing restrictions, such as by creating new IDs

5. Host powers

The person who created a room (the host) has the following powers to keep order.

• Delete messages, choosing one of: “Just delete”, “Delete & report”, “Delete & kick”, or “Delete & chat ban (24h)”
• Remove (kick) participants
• Mark participants as trusted guests (trusted guests are also trusted in the host’s next rooms)

6. Newcomer stages

To prevent spam and abuse, features open up step by step for newcomers.

• You can chat 20 seconds after entering.
• Sending links and suggesting videos open after 10 minutes and 5 messages, or once the host marks you as trusted.
• In rooms you were invited to, you are treated as trusted from the start.

7. Reporting

• Message reports: guests can use the “Report” button on link messages; hosts can use “Delete & report”.
• Video reports: choose a reason — suspected copyright infringement, suspected paid content, or inappropriate video.
• A video is automatically put on hold after reports from 3 trusted users, or when paid or restricted content is detected automatically.
• Administrators review reports when possible. We do not monitor rooms in real time and make no promise to do so.

8. Sanctions

• Breaking the rules may lead to a 30-day restriction.
• Serious or illegal cases may lead to a permanent restriction.
• Report records related to illegal acts are locked and kept, and we cooperate with investigative agencies upon lawful request.
• Restrictions based on IP address may place others on the same network (schools, offices, PC cafés, etc.) in “limited mode”.

9. Videos and copyright

• Videos play through the official YouTube player; we do not copy or store videos.
• Screen only videos you may lawfully watch and share.
• Paid or members-only content may not be shared.
• Rights holders can request blocking at hello@visioncraftpd.com, and we will block promptly.

10. Responsibility for user content

You are responsible for what you post, including chat, room titles, markers and video suggestions.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is a free beta provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, its interruption, YouTube videos, or disputes between users, except for damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will post the update and its effective date on this page. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
